KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Simon Swart, EVP Fox Home Entertainment
Simon is currently Executive Vice President and General Manger of North America of Home Entertainment Retail Operations. Before joining Fox in 1997, Simon Swart worked at Buena Vista Home Entertainment and Warner Home Entertainment. He originally joined Fox as Vice President of Retail Operations and made the transition to sales in 1999. Under his leadership, Fox made fundamental changes in their sales methodology and set sales records, as well as developed new distribution models, including Fox Faith.

Gavin O'Connor - Director
Gavin O'Connor is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, playwright and actor. After executive producing several smaller, independent projects, O'Connor went mainstream in 2004 with "Miracle", a film about the United States hockey team's victory in the 1980 Winter Olympics, which he directed for Walt Disney Pictures.
He also produced the highly acclaimed HBO Film, "The Smashing Machine", that chronicled the struggles of fighter Mark Kerr. For his most recent project O'Connor filmed the MMA film "Warrior", for which he wrote the screenplay and directed. The film received a 2011 release, through Lions Gate Entertainment.

Devon Franklin, VP Production at Columbia Pictures/Sony, and author of the new book, Produced By Faith, has helped to oversee such hits as "The Pursuit of Happyness" and "Hancock", both of which starred Will Smith and saw enormous worldwide success, "21", starring Kevin Spacey, which earned $150 million worldwide, and several other major films including "Pink Panther", and "The Ugly Truth" with Katherine Heigl. Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Cinema-Television from the University of Southern California.
